- Create and manage lesson archives.
- Understand version limits and their impact on storage.

Roles

- Super Admins
Process
1. Accessing Version History
- Version history is only available at the lesson level.
- The platform retains the last three versions of each lesson. Older versions are automatically deleted to optimize storage space, particularly for large training programs.
2. Restoring a Previous Lesson Version
- Open the lesson you want to restore.
- From the left-hand side menu, select Project Settings.
- Navigate to the Archive section and locate the version you want to restore.
- Click the Restore button.
- After the 5-second countdown, select Yes to confirm the restoration.
- The selected version of the lesson will be restored. The previous version will no longer be accessible unless it was also archived before restoration.
3. Creating a New Archive of a Lesson
- Open the lesson you want to archive.
- From the left-hand side menu, select Project Settings.
- In the Archive Version section, click the Archive Version button.
- After the 5-second countdown, select Yes to complete the archive process.
note
The system allows only 3 archived versions of a lesson at a time. When a new version is archived, the oldest version is automatically deleted to make space for the latest archive.
